Detection and evaluation of the fibers' deposition parameters during wet filament winding

چکیده
Wet filament winding technology has been extensively used for the manufacture of rotationally symmetric parts made fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP). As design and modeling FRP-parts require numerous assumptions, deviations between calculated achieved mechanical properties are expected. One aspect that contributes to this discrepancy is assumption a homogeneous rectangular cross-section fiber-band. In work, fiber-band geometry in wet-winding process carbon fiber cylinders analyzed. An Infrared-optical system detection bandwidth winding-angle implemented. The influence speed resin temperature image processing algorithm automatic measurement fiber's developed. Manual adaptive gamma corrections implemented improve quality. A parameter study suitable selection parameters performed.
